b. Enter your user name and password
c. Click the "login" button
d. Enter your name and click the "Save Changes" button
e. Click "ACP Statistical Profile" to complete this year’s Annual Church Profile Survey.
f. Click "Leadership Profile" to update the leaders' names and addresses. This information may be kept current throughout the year.

Year Organized:  Year congregation organized for the first time. 

Church: An identifiable body of baptized believers that meet regularly for Christian worship, discipleship, fellowship, evangelism, and ministry and in autonomous self-determining, self-sustaining, and self-propagating. ( A new corporation intended to operate as a church might not yet meet all these tests, but might meet the church-type mission definition below).

Church-Type Mission:  An identifiable body of baptized believers that meets regularly for Christian worship, discipleship, fellowship, evangelism, and ministry, but has not yet become an autonomous church. 

Reporting year: the reporting year is the 12 month period included in this report. 
In many cases, this will correspond to the association year.  Membership and enrollment should be given as of the last day of the reporting year.  For Valley Rim that is from September to September.
